I've never actually tried dying my hair at a salon before. Always did them at home on my own and every single time a box of hair dye isn't enough but it works for me. So I have streaky hair every other day! I've never felt comfortable with colored hair. Partially because I'm terrible at picking a color. I've dyed my hair brown twice but end up dying it black again after a month or so... I went down to Salon De Choix again to try out a new color!

My stylist Chester and Niu Niu tended to me. Chester told me he'd have to bleach my hair because I've dyed my hair black. ANOTHER FIRST FOR ME!

So at this point, Chester told me he was going to dye my hair light brown with some purple. I was mad nervous cause... PURPLE and LIGHT BROWN. I was excited but I trusted the stylist cause they knew what they were doing of course!
COLORING IN PROCESS....
After the bleaching and coloring, I did the Kerastase treatment for Bleached, Highlighted hair. It was my first time bleaching my hair so it felt really dry. The treatment was to protect my hair from drying and breaking! This post is 2 days after my hair appointment and my hair feels healthy still. So that's good.
I must add that Niu Niu gave me such an awesome head massage! Super relaxing!
After much wait, time to blow drying and styling! I LOVE THE COLOR!
